Established in 2004, Margdarshak (maargadarzaka) is an initiative for enabling the poor and marginalised communities in expanding their sources of income and livelihood. Following the Margdarshak loop of learning, Margdarshak is involved in providing microfinance services in rural and urban areas of Uttar Pradesh. The microfinance services are supported by business development services to individual entrepreneurs and market access to artisanal handicrafts clusters. The learnings from the field are carried into the consulting services of Margdarshak wherein, it provides technical support to development initiatives in the areas of agricultural strengthening and MSME Development.
