Margdarshak has worked on both standardised approaches, methodologies and in the process has also created unique strategies leading to positive impact. While we are too young to comment upon the up-scaling and replication for generating larger benefits amongst the community, we believe that the services, approaches and strategies of Margdarshak hold tremendous potential for creating long term impact on the community. Margdarshak's strategies and services revolve around its theme areas of intervention and are broadly segregated under these heads.


Established in 2004 under the Indian companies act, Margdarshak is involved in providing technical services for development sector. Margdarshak is promoted by group of development professionals having over 50 person years of experience in diverse areas. Margdarshak is driven by the objective of catalysing development process by mentoring – institutions, skills and capacities. Keeping the concept of mentoring at core of our interventions Margdarshak works with both donors, corporates and field based organisations, for enabling them looping implementation with learning and growth of organisation, interventions and programmes. The organisations work spans training, research, consulting and implementation of model building field projects with key focus on economic development of the community. The field interventions of Margdarshak serve as reseach and learning laboratories which feed into our training and consulting work.
