K. Prasad (Independent Director)
M.Sc., C.A.I.I. with total 33 Years Experience with Reserve Bank of India in various capacities after joining as Junior Officer in 1972 of which 12 (twelve) years direct experience in the areas of Supervision and Examination of Non- Banking Financial Institutions & Banks including the Developmental Financial Institutions. Also functioned as Vice Principal, Bankers’ Training College, RBI. Before joining RBI, functioned as Senior Breeder with USAID and Rockefeller Foundations in developing disease resistant and high yielding Rice Varieties at Hyderabad with All India Coordinated Rice Improvement Project for four years. Mr. Prasad carries with him over 33 years of banking experience with Reserve Bank of India, from where he retired as chief general manager. He has extensive experience in the areas of Supervision and Examination of Non- Banking Financial Institutions & Banks including the Developmental Financial Institutions. Mr. Prasad heads the internal audit committee of CLFL and is engaged in conducting the internal audit of the organisation on quarterly basis. He also conducts trainings for the microfinance staff on different aspects of credit & risk management.

D. P. S. Rathore ( Independent Director)
Mr. Rathore has served the RBI for about 32 years and retired as the Regional Director in July 2010. During his tenure as the Regional Director he served Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh. During above tenure he worked as Faculty Member in RBI Staff College at Chennai for 6 years and also worked as Principal & Chief General Manager of RBI’s College of Agricultural Banking, Pune for approximately for two and a half years. His subject areas of work experience include Banking, finance, currency, public debt, administration, personnel, H.R. (specially training field), foreign exchange (including control as well as management), rural credit, training, legal work and education/literacy (financial literacy/education) and disciplinary & domestic enquiry area/behavioral sciences with specialized areas of industrial relations & communications.

Pankaj Kumar is Professor in Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (INDIA). Dr Kumar holds M.A., M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Delhi (India). He has extensive teaching, research, consulting and training experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture and Effectiveness, Cross-cultural Management and Performance Appraisal & Management. He has authored over 30 articles and book chapters. He has worked on several consulting/ research projects of USAID, NORAD, DANIDA, World Bank and AICTE etc. and conducted several Management Development Programmes for various public, private and multinational companies. M. Sc, Rural Sociology, Agriculture Economics with 15 years of experience in enterprise and gender mainstreaming. Has served as Programme Officer, DIVA-INDIA, a society, working in the area of Applied Ethics. Major responsibilities include coordination of five research and action projects, training of teachers in formal and non-formal schools and networking. Previously involved with Women in Sustainable Enterprise (WISE) 2000-2005, as India Representative of the WISE Team, involved in EDIAIS, a Project of DFID - responsible for research, collecting and disseminating all information related to Impact Assessment of Micro-Enterprise from India and reporting to the WISE office in England. Has designed and conducted an impact assessment for Rashtriya Mahila Kosh (RMK), National Credit Fund for Women, for their micro-finance programme targeted at poor economically backward women. A founder member of CLFL, Kanta has over twelve years experience of managing community and enterprise development projects. Kanta specializes in gender mainstreaming and contributes to the organisation by providing gender perspective to our endeavours.
