Mr. Prasad carries with him over 33 years of banking experience with Reserve Bank of India, from where he retired as chief general manager. He has extensive experience in the areas of Supervision and Examination of Non- Banking Financial Institutions & Banks including the Developmental Financial Institutions.
Prof. Pankaj Kumar (Independent Director)
Associate professor with HRM Group at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Pankaj carries with him over 17 years of work experience in the area of organisational behaviour and development. Pankaj contributes by way of guiding human resource policies and value systems of the organisation.
Saubir Bhattacharya ( Independent Director)
Over 37 years of banking experience. Joined SBI in 1971, as a PO and retired as CGM of Bhopal circle in September 2006. During his career with SBI, has worked in the capacities of Field officer, credit officer, manager – credit, DGM, etc. Has held charge of SBI commercial branch (Industrial rehabilitation wing) wherein he was instrumental in looking after large credit proposals. Has worked in the international banking also with 4 years at SBI, Dhaka as manager- credit. Was the chairman of circle credit committee also for MP and Chattisgarh.
Saneesh Singh ( Institutional Nominee)
Executive Director – Investments at Dia – Vikas, Saneesh carries with him over 18 years of experience in development banking. A Fulbright scholar, Saneesh coordinated operations under the Microfinance and Promotion and Developmental programmes of SIDBI at HO and Zonal level. He has managed strategic institutional partnerships, business development, project appraisals, field implementation and monitoring, advocacy, piloting/ incubation of innovations under MF, P&D and Banking portfolios of SIDBI.
Arupjyoti Rai Baruah ( Promoter Director)
One of the key promoters of Margdarshak, Arup is an alumni of Institute of Rural Management, Anand and has over 15 years of working experience in both development and corporate sector. Specialising in SME development Arup contributes to visioning of the organisation by guiding the planning process.
Kanta Singh (Promoter Director)
A founder member of Margdarshak, Kanta has over twelve years experience of managing community and enterprise development projects. Kanta specialises in gender mainstreaming and contributes to the organisation by providing gender perspective to our endeavours.
