Ex- AGM of SIDBI Saroj has over 12 years of banking experience. She has worked in various streams ranging from internal audit, direct finance and development banking division of the organisation and is a junior associate of Indian Institute of Banking.
Amit Singh, Sr. Programme Executive
An MBA from GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. Previously served with ICICI group as Sales Manager in Rural division, Coromandel Fertilisers as Sr. Marketing Officer and Indian Agribusiness Systems Ltd. Having 6 yrs of sales and marketing experience in agribusiness companies (agricultural inputs) of repute. Has shouldered responsibilities in Sales/mktg & business development in rural areas all across UP, Punjab & Haryana. Extensive experience in team management, marketing and sales planning & coordination.
Gurmeet Anand, Sr. Programme Executive
Previously with IFFDC, Gurmeet specialises in managing field interventions in enterprise development and business development services. Holding over 6 years of experience Gurmeet provides technical assistance in enterprise and cluster strengthening interventions of the organisation and its partners.
Sandeep Srivastava, Sr. Programme Executive
Holding over 14 years of livelihood development experience Sandeep manages the livelihood and enterprise development work at Margdarshak. He has extensive experience in entrepreneur motivation, business counselling, business planning and facilitating growth and development of individual and group of entrepreneurs.
Deepak Chamola , Sr. Programme Executive
M. Phil in Natural resource management form IIFM, Bhopal Deepak manages the technical aspects in agricultural and livelihood strengthening. Holding over 5 years of experience Deepak has previously worked with PRADAN and Gene Campaign. With technical expertise in agriculture and markets, Deepak presently manages the market research and value chain analysis related aspects of the organisation.
Amit Sharma, Finance Assistant
CA Inter, Amit has over 3 years of experience in financial management. Serving with Margdarshak, Amit is involved in assisting branch audit, financial management and bank management. He has previously worked as assistant accountant with Hutch Essar ltd for 1 year and Tata Indicom for 1 year. Has undergone 3 years article training under reputed CA firms from 1999 to 2004.
Neeraj Mishra, IT Assistant
Holding over 3 years of software industry experience, Neeraj specializes in C, C++, Dot Net, ASP Dot Net, SQL Server, Access, Linux and Oracle. Responsible for administration of Bankers Realm (MFO) in Margdarshak, Neeraj has extensive grasp on the software being used by Margdarshak for its microfinance programme. Prior to joining Margdarshak, Neeraj has worked with Core Consultancy, Delhi in the area of Software administration.
Umesh Menon
MBA from Gujarat University, Umesh specialises in facilitating business enterprises in financial management. He is an international consultant with wide ranging experience in the field of project management will provide his experience in monitoring and control in the survey work. Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Member of Institutes of Cost Accountants (Ahmedabad, Chapter).

He has served with PWC as Manager – Consulting, Apollo Tyres as Manager – Corporate affairs and Indo Canada Environment Facility as Senior Project Officer.
Tapan Choudhury
Mr. Choudhury has wide experience in the field of monitoring studies including Evaluation and Monitoring work on a Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India project on evaluating centrally sponsored schemes in the State of Assam, Karnataka, West Bengal, Nagaland. Mr. Choudhury’s work experience in agriculture and NRM related issues through work in Agri-watch, CSE, WWF, Ministry of Environment and Forests is an asset for Margdarshak.
Nicola Drago
Nicola holds a MS in mechanical engineering and is an international resource person in SME development and ICT for development. He has previously worked with UNIDO and corporations such as the Carraro Group in Europe, Africa and the Middle East delivering feasibility studies, participatory market researches as well as advocacy to SME in business planning and product development. He is a co-founder of World Diversity Associates (WoDA).
Marco Cosi
Marco is a Geologist and a Mining expert with 26 years of experience in providing technical assistance and guidance to SMEs in the mining sector. He has worked with large number of international organisations and corporations primarily providing guidance and consulting support on diagnostics, feasibility analysis, business planning and market surveys. He has extensive experience in Africa, the Arab Region, Asia and Europe and he is a co-founder of World Diversity Associates (WoDA).
Rudolf Schuetz
MBA in International Business from Webster University, California Rudi has previously worked as European Union Senior Advisor in Vietnam in the field of private sector development, as well as consultant for small-medium enterprise development and finance planning and budgeting. He has specialised experience in managing BDS interventions in South Asia and provides technical guidance to Margdarshak from time to time as required.
